Spring Tour

First night of tour. CLEVELAND!  Really, really snowy drive but it stopped right as we rolled into town in time to see a beautiful sunset over the lake.

The Red Buttons hosted the show for us and it ended up being a great bill.  We also heard a lot of good things about Akron and hope to play there soon. Bye Cleveland!

Next stop, Columbus to play with Monolithic Cloud Parade a co. at Kobo.

But first, had to check out the record store selection in town. Found a place called Used Kids Records and it was awesome. Reminded me a lot of Angry Mom in Ithaca. No matter where you are, if you can find a cool record store you are right back at home.

The show was sooo fun and we had a ton of unexpected friends show up. Too much fun maybe, forgot to take pictures.
The morning hurt. The drive was pretty boring and bright. Next stop Louisville!

Louisville was a pretty interesting night, to say the least. Somehow Bruce found himself in a poker game and a great friend I haven't seen in too long came out to the show!

On our way into Nashville to play with Hanzelle and Action!

But first, a quick stop at historic Third Man Records! (We also stopped at Demo's Steak & Spaghetti House).

Johnny was thinking about replacing his All-Stars. I don't know if he found any in his size.

The view across the stage at Gilligan's. Ready for an awesome show (with tons of lights and subs!).

The show last night was awesome. Incredible bands - super cool people. And now, we head to Austin!

I don't know how much coffee we drank on this tour. Lots.

It seemed like forever until we reached North Texas, but we made it. Tons of really pretty farmland stretched out around us.

We made it into Austin, had a late morning brunch with some good friends and then hit the city.

A Texas tradition!

Setting up for our show - Wednesday night.

It was an awesome show. Mission accomplished.

So we hit the town. Sixth Street was alive all week!

Performances in the craziest places!

And this guy. Very-The-Dude-like.

There were lots of shows. It was such a fun week. At some point we stopped taking pictures.

We left Austin on Sunday, but stopped for some amazing BBQ on the way.

We headed up to a lake about an hour North of town to relax and enjoy the nature.

Off to our next show in St. Louis!

Got in with time to go to the Anheuser-Busch factory!
Bruce got a tour and would like to proudly announce that he is now an honorary Brew Master!

We played an awesome show with regional favorites Humdrum.
They were incredible, and the drummer, Mic, even hosted a post-show party at his house and put us up for the night!

Left St. Louis super early - had to get to Indianapolis!

Played an awesome room in Indy - an old church. And so many of my friends came!

It was a wonderful tour. We had a ton of fun, played a ton of great shows, and met a ton of amazing people.
We can't wait to get back out there. See you next time!
